Tatra sale investigated by Czech Office for Protection of Competition (OPC)

Brno – the Office for Protection of Competition (OPC) began to investigate the sale of the Tatra. Initiated administrative proceedings. The office turned arms dealer, Jaroslav Strnad and the company PROMET TOOLS. ČTK found out from the web antitrust authorities. New owners indebted carmaker acquired at auction in March for 176 million crowns.

Ron .Adams. general manager + CEO, Duncan.Sellars.  – chief of “America”.

Two new directors under R.A.(coming from the investors) – responsible for operation of the company.
