Having had their official start yesterday in Moscow, the Silk Way Rallyt really started today with the 1st stage. Tatragate India: Tatra bribery case expected to be closed under political pressure

In March 2012, Gen VK Singh had said that Lt Gen Tejinder Singh had offered him Rs 14 crore to clear a tranche of 600 Tatra trucks for the army. He also alleged that the offer, made in September 2010, was on behalf of Ravi Rishi, owner of Vectra group.
